Perfect Placement offers various services to meet your family's admission placement needs from PreK-12th grade.
 
All questions will be answered from the perspective of a former Admission Director to empower you to make confident decisions about your child's academic path and to give your child the chance to shine during the admission process.
 

 

Full Service Admission Package:

Let us be your guide through the entire Admission Process.

  • Online Review of Drafts of Parent Essays
     

  • Online Review of Drafts of Student Essays

  • Prepare for Parent Interview
     

  • Prepare for School Visit/Group Observation
     

  • Interview Prep for 5th-12th Grade Applicants
     

  • Post-testing Feedback
     

  • Post-Admission Decision Conference as needed
     

  • Unlimited meetings, phone, and email/text conferences throughout the admission process
     

  • You will have a resource for your every question, worry, and concern during this stressful process.

 

For Local Families:

  • Preschool-4th Grade Applicants:  $2750 for one student; $1375 for each additional Preschool-4th grade applicant

  • 5th-12th Grade Applicants:  $3000 for one student; $1500 for each additional 5th-12th grade applicant

For Families Relocating to the Dallas Area:  

In addition to all the elements of the Full Service Package, the Relocation Package includes the higher volume of communication needed by relocating families as well as all communication between Perfect Placement and private school admission offices necessary 1) to identify possible openings for off-season school admits and 2) to help coordinate in-town visits as needed.

Relocation Package:

$4500 for one student; $1000 for each additional Preschool-4th Grade Applicant; $2000 for each additional 5th-12th Grade Applicant.

Admission Consultation: 

Let us help you begin your child's Admission Process with confidence. 

 

  • In person or online meeting to answer your questions about school options and the admission process. We will send your family into the admission process fully informed and confident of your ability to make good decisions for your student(s).

 

  • Should you need additional assistance during the admission process, assistance with applications, interview skills and visit days, post-decision conferences, etc. are available on an à la carte basis.

 

Cost:  $1000

À La Carte Consulting Services:

  • Online Review of Application Essays:  

    • $300 for first Parent Application

    • $100 for each additional Parent Application

    • $300 for first Student Application

    • $100 for each additional Student Application

  • Student Interview Prep/Visit Day Prep:  $300

    • Second Session: $175
